Hey Ya'll,

What sort of lists have you been using for multifamily? Curious to know:

• Did you use a list generating company (PropStream, ListSource, DataTree, etc.)?
• What were your criteria for the list?
• How many responses did you get with the list?

Once you got the list:

• What message font/presentation worked best for you?
• How much did you end up spending? 
• What was your response rate with the list?

Thanks! Working on crafting my list in the interim and fishing for ideas! I am a beginner, and not looking for the richest data, or most abundant features.
