Beginning investor here looking for tips
Good evening, I'm just starting my real estate investing and was wondering what are the steps for a hard money loan, my credit isn't great to get a normal loan. I've been flipping houses for about 13 years for a real state company and I'm wanting to go out on my own. Thanks
