Looking for first time rental investment recommendation

We as a family live in Seattle,WA and looking to purchase our first rental investment property. For you all people who have experience with rental investment, what is your recommendation of where to buy in this market? 

PS: I understand, buying in Seattle Area may not be best, so really looking to get a place where I can find good rental property management firms too.

@Shirish Agarwal, it depends on many factors. Do you want this property as a pure rental or a house hack? What is the price range you are qualified for? How much money down? Typically prices in Pierce county are affordable, followed by snohomish county, and king county is the highest (Sure there are exceptions).

Do you want a single family, or small multi-family.
