Hello,

I am a total newbie and was just wondering if someone would be willing to analyze this property:

I am looking to buy a place to live in for a year, then to rent it out afterwards. I could renovate it while living in it. Just wanted to see if this would be a good buy.

Alternatively, please recommend a place where I could get paid advice on this from someone experienced.
