Seller Financing Stories?
Hey everyone, I’m just starting to learn get into the real investing world. I’ve recently been reading more real estate investing books and listening to the Bigger Pockets Real Estate Podcast. One thing I’m interested in is seller financing. Anybody have any stories where they were able to use seller financing in a deal? Do you use this method of financing often? Would anyone recommend using this method to get a first deal under contract?
