Hard money lenders - Chicago

Cody Coll
Posted

Has anyone had a good experience working with a HML in Chicago dealing in "c" class / "d" class neighborhoods? Looking to learn more about loan terms for a fix and flip and what some of you alls experience looked like.

@Cody Coll - Glad to hear you are getting back toward Chicago.  I always recommend renovo and constructive as local hard money lenders.  They are great and understand the draw process very well which is important.

If you shoot me a pm I can provide contact details and make an introduction for you.
