Question about property managers

Fili Aguirre
Posted

What're the things property managers contact the homeowner for? Do they contact the owner to ask questions? What type of questions? Do they contact the owner to talk about the applicants interested in renting? About the property's condition? Etc etc

Thanks

@Fili Aguirre, depends on what type of rental - STR or the traditional long-term lease (in my market means 6-12 months). The property management duties differ immensely in those 2 investment strategies. Can you give me more info on the property?
