Pocono’s - What’s the story?

I'm evaluating STR in the Poconos. What cities / attractions do people visit? I'm trying to find areas to search in.

I'm also looking for recommendations for realtors that are investor friendly. Bonus if they have STR experience.

Hi @Warren Marshall

Here are some places and attractions that can be noted in the Poconos. Two things, prices are a bit high right now and the market is very competitive.

Attractions - Crossings Premium Outlets, Mt Airy Casino, Kalahari Water park, Great Wolf Lodge, Pocono Raceway (NASCAR)

Skiing - Camelback Mountain/Camel Beach in summer, Shawnee, Big Boulder

Lakes - Lake Ariel, Lake Harmony, Lake Naomi, Pocono Lake, Lake Arrowhead, Big Boulder Lake

Cities - Long Pond, Pocono Summit, Mt. Pocono, Tobyhanna, Cresco, Swiftwater, Tannersville, Blakeslee, Pocono Pines, Gouldsboro
