Looking for a patient agent in Indiana
Hi, I’m a new OOS investor from New York looking to get into Indiana to get my start. I’m looking for multi family cash flowing properties either in NW Indiana or closer to Indianapolis. I would need someone who has worked with OOS investors before and willing to help me out considering it would be my first deal. I plan on making this a long term relationship as I plan to scale up in Indiana and need someone I can trust with boots on the ground. Thank you for your time.
