Seeking Appraiser to Consult

Good morning,

I've recently passed my states' pre-licensing course and will soon be beginning my career in real estate. I would like to delve deeper into how value is determined through the eyes of an appraiser, particularly with comp selection and adjustments. This is a topic I've been trying to learn more about for weeks, I've spent literally my entire weekend trying to research online, and have even tried contacting local appraisers and reaching out to real estate Facebook groups offering to pay for an informal phone consultation (a Q&A session really.)
