EXP advice for new agents

Im a relatively new agent in a small brokerage with an elderly owner, and I don’t foresee them being for more than a few years. I’m curious what new agent experiences have been working with EXP. Also, any considerations to improve one’s success with EXP you can suggest would be great. Thanks!
