Looking for an experienced Agent
As the title states I am looking for an investor savvy Agent to help me get into my first du - tri or quad in the Sarasota to Cape Coral area. Have had a spell of bad luck over the last 2 years getting beat out on every offer. Maybe now is my time. One thing I’m seeing right now is that places are so over priced that the rent being collected won’t cover the new price it is selling for. Currently working overseas and plus 8 hrs so if I don’t respond quickly that is the reason.
