Looking for Realtor or Property Manager - Market Rent

Hello, 

I was hoping someone could connect me with a realtor or property manager in the Cleveland, OH Market - I am evaluating several properties, an I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction to find out the Market Rents for my Area of Cleveland? I just would like to make sure im evaluating property (any help would really be appreciated)

Though Zillow is not very accurate for list pricing, it is fairly accurate for market rent in Cleveland.   I am a Cleveland Realtor and PM.   I start there.   If you want a reality check shoot me a message.
