Hi there! I am interested in becoming an agent however with the supply and demand issues I am a little concerned about heading into this market. I would appreciate any tips/advice! Thank you.

There is plenty of opportunity.  Plenty of lazy agents.  Business does not normally drop in your lap.  You have to go after it.  You have to grind and hustle.

If that is something you want to do and are good at and enjoy....then go for it.    If you want more of an office type job where you wait for walk in traffic, it's not the right opportunity in most cases.
