It's been a long time coming....
but I finally got my RE license after being an investor for 4 years! I've also made the leap and turned in my notice at my W-2! Excited for what the future holds and ready for the change of course!

Why didn't you work your w2 while building your agent business? How do you plan on eating and paying bills until you get a transaction done and clients in the pipeline?
