I just bought a foreclosure sight unseen in alma Michigan. I live in texas I am new to rei. My idea is to fly there turn on utilities and get an inspector to check everything. Then get a realtor and sell. What advice can I get on what to do?

Sounds like a plan.

The only question I would have is why get an inspector now?   If you do that you have to disclose any deficiencies you find, even if you don't plan to fix them.

Do you plan to fix anything they find?  If not then let the next buyer do their own inspection and pay for that....and not all buyers do inspections, so could be waste of money for you?
