REO listings - process for getting listings

Does anyone know the process for getting REO listings in an area?

foreclosures, REO, REO properties, foreclosed

Start working with asset managers that will list properties with you.

Attending the conference where you can network with them is a good start...like 5 Star.

Way back when I started by getting the preforeclosures list, then start contacting asset managers I thought I could reach...so those were smaller lenders, smaller banks, not the big 3 or 4.
