Listing in Different MLS Region - Help!
I have a great new beach house listing! Great! However, I am a realtor in CTAR, Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (Charleston Area) and the house is in Surfside Beach, SC, which is Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors.
I was told that I could list the house in CTAR. But I've never listed a property in a different MLS. Has anyone had experience listing a property in a different MLS region? Thanks!!
