Looking for investor friendly realtor

Hi,

I’m a new real estate investor looking to network with investor friendly realtors and wholesalers that can help me find 1-3 deals a month. I am currently looking into 3 different markets:

Columbus, OH
Pittsburgh, PA
Tampa, FL

My buy box: 3/1 and 3/2 // $150k or less // light to moderate rehab

Investment strategy: BRRRR

Funding: I have access to capital from private investors as well as hard money lenders, so can fund deals quickly.

I'm mainly focused on value-add properties in C level neighborhoods. Will be doing market rent (but willing to consider section 8). As long as the property will cash flow after subtracting PITI and 20% of gross rent for maintenance, management and vacancy, then I'm interested in it

I will likely end up focusing on one of the three markets above depending on the property price to gross rent ratio.

You should look in KC too ;)... It's similar to those markets and is great for BRRR deals
