St. Louis - Looking for recommendations on Property Managers and RE Agents

My wife and I will be traveling into St. Loius, from out of state, and we need recommendations from locals for both a good property management company and/or RE Agent that has experience with servicing out-of-state investors.
Our goal is to develop a portfolio of rental properties with good cap rates.
Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!
