Spartanburg, SC - investor focused realtors

I'm based in Atlanta, GA, and have been investing in TN for some time. I'm looking to expand to South Carolina, and am specifically looking at the Spartanburg region at this time. Anyone know any investor-focused real estate agents in Spartanburg? I'm primarily looking to buy value-add SFH & value-add multifamily properties. I appreciate any assistance!
