Peoria, Illinois - Need local real estate agent/attorney
I will be purchasing a house in Peoria, Illinois in about 2 months.
Purchase will be in cash and house/price are already settled.
Looking for a local real estate agent or attorney to facilitate the transaction and handle the paperwork. Ideally someone local as I will also be having the house inspected and possibly appraised.
My aunt is moving out of her house of 20 years. I will be purchasing it for my dad to move into. We are looking to have the transaction finalized during the month of October.
