Couple tips: set a keyword alert here on BP for your market and see who is posting locally. And look under Network in the top navigation bar. Every agent will claim they are investor friendly, many are new, but what you really want is an agent who is also an investor and "get's it". And make sure you are also an agent friendly investor.
