What is the difference between salesperson and salesperson with licence?
I'm about to apply to the DRE for my real estate license. This might be a dumb question but they are asking what test am I applying to take? The two options are salesperson and salesperson with license.
What is the difference between these two? and does it matter which test I apply for?
My desire is to buy and sell real estate as an investor.
