Hi, I hope you’re well.

I am currently 22 years old and recently graduated with my bachelor’s in accounting. I am currently taking the course to become a licensed real estate agent. I currently work a W2 Internship and I’m deciding between going back to get my masters in accounting for job security, or pursuing a career in the real estate industry to learn more about  real estate  which could help me in my goal of becoming a real estate investor.

I want to get some advice or perspective on what options is best?

I can relate to your current situation because I was there a few years ago when I started my journey in real estate. I was at the beginning of my senior year and had a few thoughts about whether to pursue a job position related to my Economics degree or start my real estate journey. I chose real estate and it turned out to be the best decision I've ever made. There's no such thing as job security, but you can create your own security by learning how to overcome obstacles and building a business from scratch.

Good luck!
