Hey BP!

For those who have been in the Real Estate world for some time now, know that it's not aways easy and that the learning stage is never ending! If time travel was possible - what advice would you give your younger self? What would you have done differently?

What a great question..and yes, I am curious to see other responses. I would say what I tell colleagues/friends/clients, is that I would have gotten my real estate license as soon as I came home from college and starting my working career in Corporate America. I look back at the last almost 30 years of lost opportunities to not only help families and investors achieve their dream of home ownership, but also myself of not purchasing my first home when I was in my early 30's.
