Shenandoah Area Realtor. Offering and asking for Help!

Hello All!  I've been a member and investor for a few years now. After doing a couple house hacks, a Brrrr, several long-term, mid-term, and a short-term rental, I decided it was time to get my Real Estate License.

Just wanted to thank you all for all the help I've received so far. I'm eager now to pass it along and take my own career to the next level. If anyone wants help with properties in the northern VA to Shenandoah areas, I'm very familiar with STR analysis and house hacking strategies.

Further, would any of you experienced folks out there be willing to give me some pointers on how to be successful as an agent? I've learned a ton about real estate these last few years but far less about marketing. Any help would be appreciated!
