Just passed my RE exam, what brokerage to sign with?

Question

Hi BP family,

I just passed my California RE exam but not sure what brokerage to sign with or what to look for. Located in Orange County. Did some research on social platforms but wanted to get advice from the BP community.

Any recommendations or advice you can provide me would be greatly appreciated.

I am part of eXp Realty. I love it because it provides a ton of training both on-demand and live. It has a strong referral program between agents. Allows you to purchase your own properties and keep 100% commission (great if you're an investor). And connects you with a mentor for your first 3 transactions. I am a very self-paced independent type of worker and I absolutely love working from home. eXp does not have brick and mortar buildings so if this is something that's important to you or having that clear office space, eXp will NOT be the right brokerage for you. That being said, although I work from home, I have constant support from mentors, brokers, and other colleagues across the world so I definitely don't feel like a kite flying in the wind. if you're interested in learning more let me know! i am not realtor so I dont have bias, but I see Exp Realty which is as a cloud franchise-based brokerage to have the best education/team help that I've seen. I like Exp because they seems "all out", unlike "others"(would not name the name).

Keller Williams is the best brokerage for new agents because of their extensive training program. I also recommend joining a team and learning firsthand how to run a business with all the TA's, marketers, and telemarketers in place. Checkout PLACE inc - highest grossing mega team in the country that works with all major brokerages

I would recommend a brokerage that offers additional training as a new agent. I learned more from my brokerage than I did from the real estate school.  I also suggest a brokerage that is going to supply leads as you begin to establish your pipeline.
