New Real Estate Agent in NYC

Hey Guys!

I am a 22 and a brand new real estate agent primarily doing rentals in NYC. Does anyone have any experience with this and advice you can give me? I really love Real Estate and want to learn as much as I can and eventually get into investing as well.
