Clearing title when selling house w fraudulent lien

Despite being paid, contractor filed line. Completely fraudulent. How do I sell or refi with title clouded?

@Chris Carruth In addition to bonding off the lien, the lien expires after a certain amount of time of the contractor doesn’t file suit to enforce it.  In most states you can Contest the lien, which shortens their time to file suit
