@Benjamin Carver - I use facebook, instagram, and linkedin primarily. I want to use Youtube more but that is a huge time commitment. Additionally, being a guest on podcasts is a huge driver of business and leads as well. That has been a big help in increasing my brand awareness. Social media is the best marketing in my opinion since it is evergreene meaning it continuously works to provide leads and connections forever. Even when you sleep. Compared to other marketing outlets that are dependent on you spending money to keep it going.

Thanks for the insider perspective! I've been running an instagram and youtube for a year now but I'm just starting to make my content real estate specific. I've gone back and forth between making location-specific content that's more business-focused versus a personal brand approach that focuses on general real estate and my journey as a lead source. I think long-term that works better but short-term getting super niche would bring buyer/seller leads in quicker.

Heyo! Im @chrislloyd_realestate .  After getting my page running, it has gotten me a few million in sales volume!  Instagram has been a good one for me but took 7 months for the first closing from instagram.  You will need to build up your brand over time but since then I would say I average one closing every 1-2 months that I can trace back to them contacting me through instagram messenger.  Develop a consistent brand strategy, colors, typeface and posting cadence to stay top of mind with your followers.
