What is everyones favorite CRMs to use for keeping track of leads, automating email campaigns, etc? Especially for those doing 30+ transactions a year?

I'm not a 30+ deal/yr broker but I've been happy with LionDesk for years.  It's more robust than I ever need and has always remained very affordable.  I have email and text campaigns.  It allows for videos and tracks open rates.  The app is "so-so" but I honestly don't use it much.  My admin maintains my CRM for me.  I am considering to scale up to RealNex CRM in the next year or so.
