I agree with @Michael Diossa. I've noticed more listing descriptions lately that are very clearly written by chatgpt. It tends to use nice fancy language, but when it is obvious that it is written by a robot, the description loses my attention.

Hi Anthony, I have used it for guidance to draw up a cover letter quickly when I needed to submit an offer. I agree with everyone else, it's great to use but definitely tweak some of the wording to your standards. Make it sound more original and as if you're the one speaking. I like to state what I was going to touch bases on. For example: rental tenant cover letter. she Loves the beach view. has a cat. gardens and the porch/ patio is perfect for coffee. short letter.

I've seen these clearly on listings and on a personal preference level, it comes off bland with no personality. It can be a good tool, just add a personal touch.

I love using ChatGPT! Super helpful for writing listing descriptions and I use it for marketing materials as well - it helps write bio's, mission statements, marketing plans, and so on. For the most part I give it a lot of the raw info (vs asking it to come up with all the points) and ask it to polish the text in a professional manner from the perspective of a real estate agent. It's not always perfect and I do catch errors from time to time (nonsense sentences, grammatical errors, etc) so keep that in mind. But, overall I think it's a huge + and I'm excited to utilize it more, as I get better at it.

I have used chatpdf to read complex docs like leases and purchase agreements more easily. It needs to be made more reliable before I would use it on a regular basis though.

I'm not an Agent, but I use ChatGPT daily with a Pro account. I've had a Pro account since they came available earlier this year. The trick is in the prompt. You can 100% make it sound more personable. It can help with contract reviews, social media posts, and deal analysis to name a few.

I use it a ton, I actually use Copy.AI, they are all same thing though (if you are an AI wizard, my apologies.) The best thing to do is to put more personal touch and put information you know of the listing and let the AI do it's search. If you follow or see a listing that you like, make sure to put "Write listing using so-and-so (insert link) tone."

I use it for email blast, text blast, Google Ads, FB ads, etc.

**** BONUS *** If you have an idea of what you'd like to put for training manual, it's a game changer. I though it would take me 5+ months to put a training manual for my VA's and with AI it take me about 5 minutes or less!
