Brand New Agent Thrown into the Deep End

I am a new agent who is joining my partner (in life and now business) in real estate. I have no experience at all. I am leaving my full time position as an accounting firm office systems manager this month. The plan was for me to dive in as an agent this summer. Life has thrown a curve ball at me/us and my partners transaction coordinator has provided her notice effective essentially immediately. So he is in need of a TC and we both this I am the best and logical option.

I am looking for direction on what systems and most specifically templates, have provided the most helpful "support" to you in transaction coordination.  I have done some general searching online and I am not sure an online "course" is the best approach when it comes with a $250 price tag and I have no references. I did see some template packs that were reasonably priced but a little direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much!

Amanda

You don't need to pay for a course. My licensed assistant is also my TC and I'm happy to share her template, process, etc. Send me a DM if you'd like. She was using Trello but may be using something else within our new CRM. Also, we just use Google drive to share/store transaction folders. She also places deadlines and reminders on my Google calendar. Best wishes on your journey!
