San Francisco California brokerage opinions for new agent

Hello and thank you for reading my post. I've just received my sales person's license and I'm looking for a brokerage locally to work with.
A few of that are at the top of my list so far are Red Fin and Compass.
Do any local agents have experience and or opinions of these two brokerages? Also, very interested in your experience or opinions of other brokerages specifically ones you can recommend are good for new agents.

I do understand the commission split structure as well as commission only basis for most of the positions.

Redfin so far is the only position I've seen offering benefits, including health, vision, and dental benefits.

Thank you in advance for your time and  insights. Wishing everyone good health, lots of wealth and happiness.
