What's the ROI on a complete, SEO-optimized content workflow?

Hey BP community,

I'm a developer exploring a new tech tool for real estate agents and wanted to get a gut check from the pros here who really focus on the business and ROI side of things.

My hypothesis is that while many agents use free AI tools for a first draft, the hidden "cost" is the significant time spent manually editing for compliance, optimizing for search, and then rewriting everything again for Facebook and Instagram.

My question for you is: In your business, how much tangible value would you place on a single tool that could instantly handle that entire workflow? Imagine a platform where you could:

1. **Generate a high-end, FHA-compliant MLS description** that also learns and matches your unique brand voice.

2. **Simultaneously create a full suite of matching social media posts** (for Facebook, Instagram, etc.) from the same input.

3. **Strategically weave in your target SEO keywords** across all generated content to improve your listing's discoverability on Google.

Is having this entire content package—from MLS to social media to SEO—created in one shot a "nice-to-have," or is this a real "needle-mover" that you believe would provide a clear ROI and justify a professional tool subscription?

I have nothing to sell, just trying to validate if solving this specific workflow problem has real business value.

Appreciate any strategic insight.
