Newly Licensed Agent Needs Advice

Hello Everyone.

I have just received my RE sales person license in Georgia. I do not want to break any laws. When I did not have a license things were pretty simple. My questions are as follows:

1. When I am wholesaling do I have to inform my broker of every deal I do and have the check cut to the broker?

2. Do I have to inform my broker on everything I do? And anytime I get paid am I supposed to have the ccheck cut to my broker first?

3. My wife owns a home. She has a tenant in the home. Do I have to have my broker oversee her property? I was told that we can no longer accept rent from the tenant unless my broker looks it over and I would have to pay him to watch over the dealings of her owned property.

This is what I was told. It almost feels like I'm being pimped lol. I did not know that any property I own, as well as my wife, would have to be overseen by my broker. Can someone clarify?
