Any Random People Writing Negative Reviews?

Hey Everyone, 

Happy Taco Tuesday! I hope everyone is doing well :) Question for Featured Agents, I had an individual write a very broad negative review on my profile, but at no point was there any communication, transaction, or interaction between this person and I. I'm curious if annyone has had a similar experience or has seen that in the community anywhere. Thanks for your time!

Thanks for replying @Lateefah Mathews! I tried sourcing a resolution through the BP Support Team but they are telling me there is nothing they can do and to outsource to Google for support. I hear you 100% I just don't see the necessity to negatively impact someone else's business without context. I've even tried messaging him but it's a new account with practically no interaction, other than the review. I hope you enjoy the Tacos too! Lol Thanks again!
