Fire Realty Team - GREAT !!!

Working with Fire Realty Team to acquire my Rentals Units was a real pleasure. My Realtor Julia Fradette is very astute and helped me through the hurdles of the process and learning curve of all things related; she was quite patient as I learned new things. She was there the whole time for me and was never interested in a quick sale, but for me to get the correct thing that served my needs the best.

Fire Team’s support staff was fantastic. Mike Helfant with great advice was there to back up Julia when needed. Stephanie Semple in Admin as the Transaction Coordinator was near perfect in timing and execution and always there immediately to aid. Of course Joe Hammel was always there if needed. The network of vendors and service people that Fire Realty Team works with have been great to deal with with.

I consider myself very fortunate to have found this great Agency. Everything went off fine. I now have 6 Units and am moving forward with more property transactions with Fire Team Realty.

Use these people; I can’t imagine you’d go wrong. I give them a 5 STAR ***** Service Award !

What @Moe Sidd is referring to is that Detroit is NOT a place to invest without either doing a LOT of research or hiring the right team.

A lot of scammers will sell you a piece of crap Detroit property that will NEVER meet your expectations, much less the paper numbers these scammers promote.

BTW: do NOT confuse the City of Detroit with the suburbs, or Metro Detroit!
These are all Class A & B cities that are great investments:)
