Real Estate Licensed in Multiple States

Hello, I am looking for some advice on managing a career as a dual licensed real estate agent. I am currently licensed in the state of NJ and recently received my real estate license for the state of Florida. I plan to move to Florida in 2026. My plan is to continue to use my license in the state of New Jersey (purchasing properties to flip) while building my database of sellers/ buyers and continuing real estate investing in Florida as well. I would like to hear from other agents on the pros/cons, to do/not to dos and challenges having your license in multiple states. Thanks in advance!
