Looking for ATL Agent with Renovation Loan Experience for Second Property Purchase
Hello all. I'm looking for an investor friendly realtor, preferably with experience on closing with Fannie Mae homestyle or 403k loans.
I've been listening to Bigger Pockets for a few years now and it helped me buy my first home. I house hacked there for a few years and have since converted it to a STR.
I'm now looking for my second property for a BRRRR I'll be living in as a primary residence but plan to split into a multiunit while renovating. I've already been pre-approved, and have the funds but I would like to use a Fannie Mae Homestyle loan for the purchase of a fixer upper.
