Turns out many homes in South Florida are still on septic systems.

Turns out a lot of homes in South Florida are still on septic systems. In low lying areas, recent flooding has caused some stinky problems. Eventually these homes will be connected to sewers, but that's going to cost the homeowner. Curious how much other agents decrease a CMA home value for a home on septic versus sewer.

Try to discount whatever the seller will agree to.

Good luck!
