Home Inspector recommendations - Wells, ME (new construction)

Hi everyone,

I'm currently under contract on a newly built detached condo in Wells, Maine.  The expected completion dates is last June/early July and I'm looking for a reputable home inspector in the Wells, ME area.

Ideally, I'm hoping to find someone who:

- has experience inspecting new construction

- Is very thorough and detail oriented

- Provides a clear, detailed report with photos of findings

- Can help identify items the builder should address before closing

If anyone has worked with an inspector they trust in this area, I'd really appreciate the recommendation.
