I'd like to know what should my next step be with my passing my real estate license and what kind of mentorship should I seek or what brokerage should I join

 Hello Eddie,

Agreed with @Bruce Woodruff's points here.

When trying to decide which brokerage to join, I found it helpful to interview 4-5 different brokers.
Multiple interviews allowed me to see:
- who would provide me with a practical action plan
- who was sharing the harsh realities (i.e. Realtor failure rate, challenges with starting a business, etc.)
- which brokers were making empty promises
- how many brokers sound exactly alike

To know who is a good fit for you, you'd first need to be clear on your intentions and goals.

Generate a list of questions for brokers based on your goals (i.e. what can a new agent do to start growing their business?) and note their answers.

As far as mentorship, most brokerages will offer some type of ongoing training, but for the best accountability, I'd look into hiring a Real Estate/business coach. This is an investment and could be a bit of a sacrifice since good coaches/mentors are on the pricey side BUT if you're serious and committed, its worth exploring.

All the best!

Abel
