Real Estate license current inactive

Posted
Looking for advice - I have my FL real estate sales license and keep it current, however I am not linked with a broker to be active. I work a full time job and am looking to invest in additional properties by buying condos/sfh as rentals. What are some cost effective ways that I can become active, gain access to the MLS to do my research for properties, and I would submit my own offers, etc. I wouldn’t be handling a lot of transactions, I just want to know that I can if and when I need to. Any advice?
