How do you handle calls that come in after hours?

I am curious how this works for you day to day. Do you live on your phone? Let them drop a voicemail?  Or do you just accept that some calls slip through and not stress about it? I have to imagine letting these go isn't ideal though, especially when you think about what a single missed call could actually be worth on a decent deal.

Also wondering if the time zone thing actually bites anyone here. If you have overseas clients in China, Dubai, Europe, wherever, calling during their day when you're asleep, is that a real issue or do they just email instead?

And even domestically, plenty of people browse listings late at night and impulse call. For both international and domestic, do those leads actually convert if you call back the next morning or are they already gone by then?
