Taking it Day by Day
The most popular and certainly most important advice I've gotten from everyone in the community is taking it day by day and not trying to learn everything all at once. Real life experiences in the office and walking through properties have given so much more information than simply reading and watching YouTube Videos. It's given me confidence knowing that the more time passes the more I will grow in my career and in the relationships I build throughout this journey.
