Short Term Rental - Locate Owners

I'm trying to figure out a way to generate a list of properties in my area that are short term rentals. Its an unregulated market, so I cant get records from the City. The STR tools out there are for doing general market area research, not designed to produce a list of of properties. Has anyone else figured out how to produce a list of properties? If so, thanks in advance!
