New agent wheeling and dealing!

A new agent — two weeks in — just got a 29-unit under contract

Seller was asking $200K a door. They got it at $180K. That's a $20K discount per unit across 29 doors.

Here's how it happened.

This agent wasn't working alone. They were paired with a more experienced agent inside our cohort. Two people with different skill sets, cross-referencing leads and pipeline.

One conversation led to another. A group chat about a local meetup turned into a partnership on a deal.

That's not luck. That's what happens when you put people in the same room — even a virtual one — with the same goal set.

I've been watching this play out since we formalized the pairing model. The agents who pair up produce faster than the ones working solo. Not because the work is easier. Because they're talking to each other and one person's gap is another person's strength.

The 29-unit didn't close because someone had a perfectly optimized prospecting system. It closed because two people talked.

That's the whole model.

You're one conversation away from changing your life.
