CRM's
Just interested in knowing what CRM's are the best for real estate agents to use ? I've trialed a few and I haven't really found anything I liked yet. All suggestions would be appreciated.

@Cierra Seay , even though I'm an investor and you asked about CRM's for RE Agents, I currently use the "Top Producer" CRM. It's geared towards RE Agents, however, for what it offers, it can be tailored for investors as well. It has a well thought out followup system, integrates with google's gmail/contacts/calendar/drive, as well as other cloud apps. It also has, in my opinion, one of the best mobile apps due to it being web-based and optimized for all mobile devices. It's not free, however, most CRM systems aren't going to be free or else, as the term says - you get what you pay for. Now I've tried other CRM systems and can say that I chose Top Producer because it offered exactly what I needed to handle my real estate business effectively. Now I didn't mentioned many of the other features that this system as well as other systems might have, but, you get the picture. Hope this helps.
